Robot External Axis Tracks

WRS Robotics manufactures robot external axis tracks and linear rail systems designed to extend the working range of industrial robots. 1. External Drag Chain Track

The External Drag Chain Track uses a heavy-duty cable drag chain to guide and protect robot cables, welding cables, air lines, and other utilities during robot movement.

The drag chain is positioned externally along the linear track, providing convenient cable routing and easy access for inspection and maintenance.

2. Floor Track

The Floor Track is a floor-mounted linear axis designed to move an industrial robot along a fixed horizontal path. It provides an extended working envelope, allowing one robot to access multiple workstations or cover large workpieces.

WRS floor tracks can be configured with different rail lengths, robot mounting platforms, drive systems, and payload capacities according to the application.

3. Accordion / Organ-Covered Track

The Accordion-Covered Linear Track, also known as an Organ-Type Covered Track, uses a flexible protective cover to shield the linear guide and moving components from welding spatter, dust, chips, and other contaminants.

It is particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments where protection of the precision motion components is important.
